Traditional Chinese Medicine
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has been practiced for thousands of years and continues to be used in modern wellness today. It’s based on the idea that the body’s vital life force, called Qi, flows through pathways known as meridians. When Qi is balanced and moving freely, the body functions at its best. When that flow is disrupted, it can lead to discomfort or imbalance. TCM focuses on restoring harmony, often described as balancing yin and yang, to support overall health and well-being.
